Check-in after 11:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €25
Swimming in the pool is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
For the duration of your stay, we provide pool towels for the price of 7.50 euros!
We provide a robe for your entire stay for a fee of 10 euros.
Sunbeds should remain in the pool area.
Your room is cleaned daily.
Towels are changed twice a week and bed linens are changed once a week.
No ball games are allowed, inside or outside the pool or in the garden!
Parents, when accompanied by children, must ensure that no excessive noise from the children disturbs other guests while in the spa area.
Extended stays may be possible if occupancy allows for late check-outs or early check-ins!
Please understand that the facilities of the B&B and Spa Carvoeiro are for the exclusive use of B&B Carvoeiro guests and therefore invitations from outside are not permitted for the pool or spa area.
We reserve the right to use the security deposit, or part thereof, in the event of excessive noise or reckless behavior in the room, garden, or spa area that disturbs other guests, resulting in a complaint filed with our facilities. This complaint is solely caused by you and may lead to potential compensation for other guests.
You are not permitted to use private sound devices to play loud music in the pool and spa area.
Any additional payments will be made by credit card or cash on the day of arrival.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The customer must pay 50% of the total amount if they cancel within 30 days of the arrival date. In case of no-show, the guest will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.
